• Any orders that have already been paid by customer and has been canceled will receive a full refund.
• We do not make certain styles or items upon request. If we don’t have it listed, please do not ask us to “make it for you”. What you see is what we have.
• All products are shipped with “Standard Shipping” with delivery typically taking between 10-14 business days. 
• No “Express Shipping” is offered, said or implied in any way.
• Shipping times on or around holidays are extremely unpredictable. If you purchase items from us around the holidays you understand that shipping can sometimes take 2-6 weeks.
